Corbin Devlin
Instructor at Springs Pickleball
Hi, I’m Corbin! I’ve been with Springs Pickleball for over two and a half years, and I’ve dedicated that time not only to coaching but also to mastering the game myself.
Unlike many players, I came into pickleball without a background in tennis or other racquet sports. Starting from a 2.5 rating, I’ve worked my way up to a 5.0+ level purely through determination, discipline, and a love for the game.
My journey has given me a unique perspective: I know what it’s like to start from scratch. That’s why I’m passionate about helping players—especially those without prior sports experience—build their skills, confidence, and competitive edge on the court. If I can do it, so can you.

Susie Roberts
Instructor at Springs Pickleball
Are you interested in a “Follow up” to Intro to Pickleball? Eager to advance your level of play to 3.5 or higher?
I have been playing this wonderful sport for 6 years with no previous racquet sports background. I began coaching 2 1/2 years ago and I love it! I enjoy it just as much as I do playing because it’s ALL pickleball to me!
What is most fun for me is meeting amazing people and welcoming them into a vibrant pickleball community that is life-changing, family-oriented, and social.
Identifying ways to refine your shots and overall game is where I excel. Areas of focus include the net game—how to transition to the no-volley zone more efficiently—as well as shot selection and mechanics.
I teach how to communicate with your partner (nicely 🙂 to win while keeping it fun! My favorite shots? The drop shot! Also blocking, reset, backhand flick, roll volley, dinking, lob shot… pretty much everything! Pickleball is contagious, addictive, competitive—and it’s FUN!

Jillian Niemann
Instructor at Springs Pickleball
Jillian Niemann is a lifelong athlete with a competitive edge and a deep love for the game. Originally from Orlando, Florida, she moved to the area in December 2024 and quickly immersed herself in the local pickleball community.
Jillian began playing tennis competitively at just six years old. She earned First Team All-Conference honors all four years of high school and qualified for the Florida State High School Tennis Championships for three years. She went on to compete at the collegiate level with Saint Leo University, a Division II program in Tampa.
Her transition to pickleball was a natural one, blending her tennis skills with her passion for fast-paced, strategic play. Today, Jillian brings that same energy and drive to her coaching—helping players of all levels develop stronger fundamentals, smarter strategies, and a love for the game.
When she’s not on the courts, you can find her spending time with her family, hiking, rock climbing, and traveling.
