Do you have to be a member to play at Springs Pickleball?

No — guests are welcome. You can also book a court without creating any account at all using our guest booking links. To save payment details or register for open play and events, download the free Springs Pickleball app (iOS/Android) and create a free account.

Do I have to make a reservation to play?

A reservation guarantees you a court or a spot in open play. Walk-ins are welcome — you can join an open play session or reserve a court if one's free, but reserving ahead is always safer.

Can I play at both locations with one account?

Yes. One account works at both West (780 Vondelpark Dr) and East (2975 New Center Point). Memberships apply equally to both clubs.

What does it cost to play?

Two main options: Level Open Play at $14 per 2-hour session ($18 primetime), or court rental at $30/hr for up to 6 players ($40 primetime). Flex members pay 50% less, and Unlimited members play free.

How far in advance can I reserve a court?

Guests: 3 days in advance. Flex members: 7 days. Unlimited members: 9 days. Unlimited+ members: 10 days.

What's the cancellation policy?

Please try to cancel at least 24 hours out for your open play or court reservation. You can cancel in the app without penalty four hours out for open play and court time. Lessons, leagues and tournaments have longer cancellation requirements. If you are a no show, the fee price will apply.

I'm brand new — where do I start?

Our free Intro to Pickleball class runs multiple times a week. You'll learn the rules and basic shots in about an hour, we provide paddles and balls, and you'll be ready for a beginners' open play after.

Do I need my own paddle?

Nope. Paddles are free for guests. Balls are available at the pro shop along with paddles, shirts, and accessories.

Are restrooms and showers available?

Yes at both locations. West has two separate changing rooms. East has two private restroom/shower rooms for members.

Are there cameras on the courts?

Yes — courts at both locations have free AI camera technology. Scan a QR code to record a full match or just your best points, then rewatch, review, and share your clips.

What's DUPR and how do I get a rating?

DUPR (Dynamic Universal Player Rating) is the standard pickleball rating system. Many events have a suggested DUPR rating. Create a free account at MyDUPR.com, then connect it to your Springs Pickleball app. You'll get a provisional rating after about six DUPR-tracked matches — or join one of our DUPR Rating Clinics to get rated in an hour.
