Front Desk Associate Apply Now

Springs Pickleball | Colorado Springs, CO | Part-Time / Full-Time

Springs Pickleball is Colorado Springs' largest indoor pickleball club, with two locations and one of the fastest-growing player communities in the region. We're looking for an upbeat, reliable Front Desk Associate to be the first friendly face our members and guests see.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and check in members and guests, and answer phones and questions with energy and professionalism.
  • Handle POS transactions, court reservations, and check-ins accurately and efficiently.
  • Give tours and share information on memberships, programs, and events with new and prospective members.
  • Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas clean, organized, and tournament-ready.
  • Help resolve member questions or concerns, escalating to a manager when needed.
  • Support smooth court flow and help keep the schedule and rotations on track.
  • Promote upcoming leagues, clinics, socials, and tournaments at the desk.

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy, social environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality/customer service.
  • Able to multitask (check-ins, phones, questions) without missing a beat.
  • Solid computer/technical skills required (we use CourtReserve and a POS system, plus general comfort navigating software).
  • Reliable, proactive, and a team player.
  • Available nights and/or weekends (our busiest times).
  • Pickleball experience not necessary, but highly valued.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of a shift; comfortable cleaning and doing hands-on work; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.

Bartender / Front Desk Associate Apply Now

Springs Pickleball is Colorado Springs' largest indoor pickleball club, with two locations and one of the fastest-growing player communities in the region. We're looking for an upbeat, reliable Bartender / Front Desk Associate who can split time between our bar and lounge and our front desk, keeping the energy high in both spots.

What You'll Do

Behind the Bar

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and light snacks to guests.
  • Check ID and confirm all patrons meet Colorado's legal drinking age (21+).
  • Keep the bar, lounge, and prep areas clean, stocked, and organized.
  • Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service procedures.

At the Front Desk

  • Handle POS transactions, court reservations, and check-ins accurately and efficiently.
  • Share information on memberships, programs, and events with members and prospective members.

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy, social environment.
  • Solid computer/technical skills required (we use CourtReserve and a POS system, plus general comfort navigating software).
  • Must be at least 18 (Colorado's legal minimum to serve alcohol); if under 21, must work bar shifts under the supervision of a staff member 21 or older.
  • TIPS certification required, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Reliable, proactive, and a team player.
  • Available nights and/or weekends (our busiest times).
  • Pickleball experience not necessary, but highly valued.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of a shift; comfortable cleaning and doing hands-on work; able to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs (cases, boxes, supplies).
